Our client is one of the biggest Outsourcing company in the current market and has its presence worldwide in the fields of Finance, Accounting, IT, HR, Logistics and procurement. You will be working for a company which has created a culture that emphasises customer centricity, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Our client is looking for Swedish or Danish speakers to join their teams in Riga, Latvia.

Pienākumi:

Back office operations, exception management, investigate/ resolve system errors
Handle policy issuance/ maintenance activities
Allocate tasks to internal teams as per requested by the customer
Contact other insurance companies to seek prospect’s existing insurance details
