Pienākumi:
- -Staking out a reference points and do internal measurements on the site going through all the building phases of a project from start to finish
- -Stake out lot corners, stake limit of work and stake location of construction trailer
- -Staking out the markers according to a suitable coordinate system selected for the project
- -Determination and marking of a precise project location and lines, building axis, access and best layout for the site
- -Staking out reference points and markers that will guide the construction of new structures of buildings (for house basements, installations, walls, fixed heights etc.)
- -Verify the location of structures during construction
- -Provide horizontal control on multiple floors

- -You will have a background in Construction area, civil/construction engineers degree
- -Experience as a site surveyor, preferably in residential development.
- -Excellent computer skills. Knowledge and working skills in Autocad program
- -Ability to read and understand building drawings
- -Ability to work with measuring instruments such as levels, theodolites, total stations, GPS surveying and laser scanning
- -Professional certificate
- -Driver licence
- -Sufficient level in English language
