Pienākumi:
- Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer queries (phone and e-mail) and supporting individual and business clients in both incoming and outgoing communication. There are no sales involved.
No Jums sagaidām:
- Fluency or very good knowledge of English (B2 – C1)
- Computer literacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to customer service
- Ability to multitask
- Another language would be an asset
- Experience is not required
