Pienākumi:
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across the Baltic Region
- Leading the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees at all levels;
- Overseeing employee relations and engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture;
- Advising and supporting management and employees on HR issues, including employment law, benefits, compensation, and performance management;
- Ensuring HR practices are compliant with local employment laws and regulations;
- Managing employee data and HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and HRIS.
No Jums sagaidām:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- At least 7 years of experience in HR management, including experience leading HR teams across multiple countries;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Knowledge of Baltic employment laws and regulations;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
