For chefs and cooks: We are looking for a hotel restaurant chef for the summer season in Norway.
You will work in a la cart type restaurant and produce high-quality European and Scandinavian dishes. You will work in an international team with 3-4 colleagues.
You will be responsible for: main course preparation; quality assurance of food production; workplace cleanliness. The hotel is located in a quiet location surrounded by nature, mountains and fjords, making the working environment suitable for those who enjoy peace, fishing and hiking in mountains. Departure starts from March / April until September / October, with the possibility to plan holidays. No selection fees.

We are looking for a vigorous, active and full of ideas bartender-waiter(ress)! You will be responsible for: Guest welcoming and quality service; Quality preparation of coffee, alcohol and other beverages; Bar production orders, other administrative work; Help for the collective - waiters(resses) and barmen; Providing meals and drinks to guests and clarifying customer needs; Knowledge of beverage assortment; Accounting of bar products; Bar order and cleanliness, equipment maintenance; The order of the hall and bar and the perfect atmosphere in the hotel bar/restaurant.
