Pienākumi:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Conduct thorough interviews, both in-person and remotely, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform reference checks and verify employment history and qualifications of selected candidates.
- Manage job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software is a plus.
