Pienākumi:
- Install and configure office software
- Work with Linux, Windows Server 2012-2019, and Mac OS
- Prepare workstations for new employees and provide them with guidance on PC usage
- Handle VPN, VLAN, LDAP, and AD tasks
- Perform hands-on tasks, such as troubleshooting and diagnosing PCs/laptops and printers
- Utilize ticketing systems for efficient task management
No Jums sagaidām:
- Experience in network configuration and understanding of network technologies
- Experience in setting up user workstations
- Proficiency in working with Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is mandatory
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
