We are the company behind the wildly successful DIY channel 5-Minute Crafts, the inspirational and creative channel Bright Side, and other popular channels across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. With a 17-year history, offices in 4 countries, and a team of 2200 creative minds globally, the growth of our company continues to accelerate every day.

Our HR team is currently looking for Talent Recruiters who will work with us remotely and will help us fill positions for actors, video designers, illustrators, animators, article writers, translators, proofreaders, scriptwriters and dozens of other creative roles that make up our team.

Currently, we are a distributed team of 25+ Talent Recruiters who have grown the company from 500 to 2200 people in less than 2 years. We are open to welcome candidates with different levels of experience. You can be a beginner or a pro, the main thing for us is that you are in love with recruitment, you are hungry, passionate, ambitious and smart!

You will be happy working with us if you:

• Have experience in recruitment and strive to bring only the best people into the company;
• Have knowledge of candidates' evaluation methods or really want to learn about them;
• Don't get scared, but instead are excited to see hundreds of applications in your inbox and queries about 15 new vacancies;
• Understand what it means to be digital: the internet/social networks/SMM/automation etc;
• Have an excellent command of English (upper intermediate level or higher);
• Are a creative person yourself – you draw/make videos/write poetry/do embroidery, etc.

Talent Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle of recruitment of creative and other specialists who'd help us produce even more entertaining online content. In particular, you will be:

• Posting vacancies on all possible websites and on social media; actively hunting/attracting candidates;
• Screening and conducting primary interviews with candidates;
• Sending candidates test tasks and further evaluating them;
• Organizing interviews with hiring managers, taking part in evaluation of professional competencies and soft skills;
• Taking part in new employees’ onboarding process, collecting and checking all required documents, saving them in our company systems;
• Managing candidates' database, logging candidates’ progress through the hiring process;
• Taking part in innovative projects and initiatives of Talent Attraction team and Human Resources Department as a whole.
