Responsibilities:

Proactive sourcing of candidates (maritime and shore-based) from different platforms

Short-listing candidate

We expect from you:

Must have:
- Great communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English and Russian
- Attention to details
- Analytical set of mind
Preferred but not mandatory:
- At least 1 year in a recruitment position
- Experience with various job boards
- Experience in sourcing on social network (LinkedIn, etc.)
