IT TEAM LEAD

LuckyStreak is looking for a leader who will be the head of our Technical Department, coordinate and delegate responsibilities of the Tech Team in the Riga Studio. We are looking to recruit a team leader who will lead the studio technical team forward and be part of its

management. As a responsible person for the IT team, you will need to assure a smooth and reliable technical operation of a live gaming studio by providing direct support and a supportive environment for internal technical needs.

Key responsibilities:

● Setup and maintenance for facility network and computers, video and audio equipment,

physical infrastructure including electronics, electrics, and structure

● Manage 24/7 support of operations for delivering live video feed

● Guidance and technical training for Tech employees

● Plan, prioritize, assign, review, coach, give feedback and evaluates work of the team

members

● Review completed tasks to ascertain compliance with standards

● Delegate duties and tasks within the Tech department

● Manage technical and consumer-oriented knowledge base

● Coordinate and manage projects for the development and implementation of computer

applications and operations

● Work with company suppliers and integrators

● Works with Jira service desk, Zabbix, Arduino, scripted automation

● Perform periodic risk assessments and initiate risk control strategies

● Ensure that the company’s data and information are protected against unauthorized

access

● Carry out in-depth research to reveal new and better methods of handling functions

within the department

● Work alongside other departments to achieve company goals and visions

Functional and experience:

● Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Latvian and English

● Real-life experience in IT/help desk or technical support operations

● Supervisory experience with the ability to effectively lead, develop people and deliver

projects

● Successfully manage multiple projects

● Pay attention to details and encourage team members to follow the example

● Ability to take proactive steps in managing problems

● Ability to learn and implement new systems and hardware

● Desire to develop and to be developed within company growth

Technical requirements:

● Advanced desktop computing (Windows, Linux)

● Knowledge in computer network management

● Degree in Technical fields / directly related area / globally recognized technical

certification (MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA or equivalent) / equivalent experience

● Microsoft Office 20xx, Office 365

● Scripting knowledge

Will be considered as advantage

● Experience in live dealer companies

● Active Directory

● PHP, MySQL, JSON, HTML+CSS

● WordPress basics

● Microsoft Windows administrative course

● Virtual systems / Hyper-V

● AÄV experience
