Responsibilities:
- Your planning for officers and ratings fulfills customers’ requirements and is reliable for our seafarers
- You are ‘unbeatable’ in organizing crew changes
- You are fully aware of all flag requirements and know how to handle limitations
- You are experienced to cope with P & I cases
- You are willing and able to create workflows in new projects, at interfaces and even in daily routines
We expect from you:
- Experience in international crewing
- Self-confident, communicative personality with a high level of customer orientation
- Bridge builder mentality with a high level of self-motivation and the capability to think in alternatives
- Maintaining and promoting communication between all stakeholders
- Good ability to face constantly changing scenarios and to manage them because problem-solving is the key
- Resilience, flexibility and mental toughness support you in teamwork
- IT user skills in handling crewing software and MS 365
- Very good written and spoken English
