International company is looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented and easy-going people to join a friendly team. Our main responsibilities are to monitor the database of orders and make sure that they are delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with any questions regarding the service to English-speaking clients
Maintain information flow and co-operation between order executives in the internal database
Answer incoming chats and phone calls

We expect from you:

Fluent English (spoken and written)
Good communication skills and empathy
Proficient PC and Internet user
Desire to learn and work with new software
International experience (both working and studying) is a big plus
