Latvian subsidiary of SINTEC UK is looking for a Skilled Electrician/Mechanic. Sintec UK is a London based mechanical and electrical contractor that provides a wide range of professional installation services, specialising in automation technologies for material handling and storage systems. We have carried out projects worldwide, notably in UK, Europe, USA, Brazil, Australia and other regions. We are global service provider, installing conveyors systems and other equipment for companies such as Amazon, Marks and Spencer, Sainsburys, Ocado, BMW, Nestle and many others.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Electrical:

• Installation of cable trays and metal structures
• Fabrication and installation of brackets for cable trays
• Installation of conveyor equipment and electrical panels
• Installation of low-current networks, laying cables
• Connection of low-current and power cables up to 1000 V
• Connection of conveyor equipment, connection of control panels, and instrumentation and control devices
• Installation of electrical equipment.
• Understanding electrical drawings under line manager (TL) supervision.
• High-quality and timely execution of electrical & mechanical installations according to Client requirements.

Mechanical:

• Assembly of mechanical equipment
• Installation of secondary equipment (any)
• Assembly and installation of auxiliary systems (any)
• Understanding technical drawings under line manager (TL) supervision
• Ability to make decisions and understand consequences
• Construction of cable routes, cable trays and metal constructions
• Mechanical installation of equipment
• High-quality and timely execution of electrical & mechanical installations according to Client requirements

Candidate requirements:

• Specialised education (electrician, mechanic, electromechanics, electrical engineer etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of electrical/mechanical experience
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and project documentation
• Experience in commissioning facilities after construction/repair
• Experience with power tools
• Knowledge and compliance with the requirements of the main regulations and standards in the field of electric power industry, regulating the rules for the operation of equipment and systems
• 3^rd group electrical safety category
• Driving licence category “B” will be an advantage

• Kabeļu trases un metāla konstrukciju uzstādīšana
• Kronšteinu izgatavošana un montāža kabeļu trasēm
• Konveijeru aprīkojuma un elektrisko paneļu uzstādīšana
• Zemsprieguma tīklu ierīkošana, kabeļu vilkšana
• Zemsprieguma un spēka kabeļu pieslēgšana līdz 1000 V
• Konveijeru aprīkojuma, vadības paneļu un mēraparātu pieslēgšana
• Elektroiekārtu uzstādīšana
• Darbs ar elektroshēmām vadītāja (TL) uzraudzībā
• Kvalitatīva un savlaicīga elektroinstalāciju un mehānisko darbu izpilde atbilstoši klienta prasībām

Mehāniskā daļa

• Mehānisko iekārtu montāža
• Palīgiekārtu uzstādīšana
• Palīgsistēmu montāža un uzstādīšana
• Darbs ar tehniskajām shēmām vadītāja (TL) uzraudzībā
• Spēja pieņemt tehniskus lēmumus un izprast sekas
• Kabeļu ceļu, kabeļu trašu un metāla konstrukciju izbūve
• Mehāniskā aprīkojuma uzstādīšana
• Kvalitatīva un savlaicīga darbu izpilde atbilstoši klienta prasībām

• Speciālā izglītība (elektriķis, mehāniķis, elektromehāniķis, elektroinženieris u.c.)
• Vismaz 2 gadu pieredze elektriskajos/mehāniskajos darbos
• Spēcīgas iemaņas tehnisko rasējumu un dokumentācijas lasīšanā
• Pieredze iekārtu nodošanā ekspluatācijā pēc būvniecības/remonta
• Pieredze darbā ar elektriskajiem instrumentiem
• Zināšanas un atbilstība elektroenerģētikas normatīviem un standartiem
