MACHINE OPERATIVE

Job Description:

Working within the automotive sector, working alongside well known automotive brands to ensure the new project and new designs are manufactured correctly.

The core responsibilities of this role are:

• Working to the clients highest standards of work
• Following standard operating procedures to ensure the highest quality of products are being produced
• Working to a weekly/daily schedule
• Working under the clients guidance and direction 
• Working to the highest levels of health and safety 
• Operating Press, Mould and CNC Machines (Mould/In mould)

Essential requirements for this position are:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Dexterous
• High level of concentration
• Flexibility
• Familiarity with high volume production work
• An attitude to strive for continuous improvement 
• Ability to maintain high housekeeping levels 
• Ability to work on your own initiative to the highest of standards with minimal to no supervision

The company offers:

• Pay rates starting from £7.83ph up to 15.66ph
• Various shifts available
• Full time positions on Permanent contract
