Pienākumi:
- Answering customer calls and providing solutions.
- Registering call center contacts in the system.
- Providing immediate resolution to inquiries or issues.
- Working independently and in a team.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external contacts.
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

- Attending training sessions when necessary.
No Jums sagaidām:
- Language proficiency at level C1 or native language with sufficient English skills (B1+ or higher) both written and spoken, to understand documentation and accurately register clients in systems.
- Previous experience in customer service outsourcing environments will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer usage and the ability to effectively multitask across different systems and applications.
- Optimistic, friendly, positive, and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Service-oriented profile with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to work shifts, quickly adapting to changes in priorities.
