- Collaborate with our team to source and recruit blue-collar workers for Dutch employers.
- Utilize your expertise to identify suitable candidates and match them with job openings.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to assess candidate qualifications.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences by guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
- Meet recruitment targets and deadlines.

- Proven experience as an international recruiter, preferably in blue-collar recruitment.
- Ability to find candidates (EU citizens only) to fulfil the vacancies from the employers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Fluent in English
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment services.
