Job Description:
Accountant will prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, assess accuracy, completeness, cut-off, and occurrence of accounting records, establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts and maintain the proper documentation and accounting records. In general, the main duties of all accountants in our company are:
- Organizing the issuance of accounting documents such as Invoices, Notes and other supplementary documents detailing company`s business transactions (e.g. purchase, sale, trade finance, financing, hedging, transportation, inspection, insurance etc.),
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records,
- Updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other records,
- Compiling data and preparing a variety of reports,
- Reconciling records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers,
- Investigating questionable data and recommending actions to resolve problems and discrepancies,
- Continuous developing of data system and work flow of accounting department,
- Other supporting works assigned by chief accountant
