Ražošanas iekārtas operators / Technical machine operator

Job description:

• Inserting blanks to be processed in the folding and gluing machine;
• Producing punts on multiple machines at standard speed in accordance with the established quality;
• Correct administration of the order information and completing the various checklists and order documents;
• Putting forward proposals for improving the work (working method and/or quality);
• Keeping the machine(s) and working environment clean;
• Functional management of the employee at the input and output of the machine;
• Checking the physical presence of the necessary raw materials and auxiliary materials as well as auxiliary materials and tools;
• Eliminating (imminent) malfunctions and, if necessary, warning Team Leader as well as assisting in solving them;
• Correcting the setting of the machine and control equipment in case of incorrect operation or deviations in product quality;
• Compliance with company, safety and environmental regulations, factory rules, instructions and procedures;
• In addition, the employee is responsible for all Quality, Environment and Safety Matters to the extent applicable to the function.
• Maintaining order and tidiness in the department and ensuring the correct separation and disposal of waste

Requirements:

• Extra: Affinity with technology is a must
• Secondary education
• “Hands-on” mentality
• Language required: English (basic)
• Communication skills
• Ability to work independently
