Pienākumi:
- Receive enquires from customers and request quotations from suppliers.
- Handle the enquires from quotation up to the invoicing stage.
- Receive and handle claims from customers accordingly.
- Arrange the attendance of certified engineers to Vessels.
- Coordinate with the Principal, Supplier, Customer and Forwarding Agents, including but not limited to enquiry, quotation, order receipt, status, and acknowledgement.
- Locate certified service centres in various locations around the world, when needed.
- Request for readiness, dispatch, freight tracking, documentation legalisation, invoicing, etc. from suppliers and other involved parties.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Create and control manual and electronic filing systems for customer sales cases.
No Jums sagaidām:
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Business, or another related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent command of the English language.
