Pienākumi:
- provide existing and new Distributors’ employees with a technical trainings, advice and sales support, optimising their orders and extending their product awareness
- technical support and service consultation for customers and installers in the Distributors’ locations, shops, building projects all around Latvia and Estonia (work outside the office)
- SALUS and ENGO brands promotion by organizing technical trainings and spreading technical knowledge about products implementation, installation and products line variety
- monitoring the activities of competitors
- meeting periodical sales target goals
- assistance in sales-related issues, getting and trucking customers’ orders, manage customer accounts and claims
No Jums sagaidām:
- high level of responsibility and self-motivation, able to organise its own working schedule
- problem-solving skills and approach
- proven track of records and at least 2 - 3 years of experience in Technical Sales & Technical Customer Support ideally in HVAC market or other engineered products offered to Distributors network
- experience in organizing and leading technical seminars, trainings for groups of people
- experience in direct sales, customer acquisition, business negotiations
- valid category B driving license and driving experience
- fluent Latvian and English in speaking, reading and writing. Russian will be an asset
- knowledge of Latvian and Estonian HVAC market would be an advantage
